three couples. However, each apartment can be isolated and
private, accessible from within if desired.
MAIN HOUSE,
GROUND FLOOR: Newly built, the villa is designed
in a unique style combining minimal architecture with traditional
materials and techniques, complimented by art and artifacts
that give the visitor a feeling of timelessness in the interesting
way “new” is done as “old”. The
living room seats 4-6 (also suitable for sleeping one),
with a fireplace and balcony doors exiting to the terrace
and spa. The dining area allows seating for eight with a
spectacular view of the bay. A cook´s dream, the open-plan
kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic cook-top, wide variety
of tools for the cook, food processor etc., dishwasher,
coffee machine and espresso machine renders it easy and
enjoyable to eat in. The main floor has a stylish bathroom
and one bedroom with 2 (90cm) single beds, air conditioning,
ceiling fan and an exterior door leading to a covered pergola
and an outdoor shower.
MAIN HOUSE,
TOP FLOOR: Upstairs there is a split-level floor.
On the upper level there is a small room perfect for reading
and/or meditation. The lower level has a queen bed (160x200),
a spacious bathroom with an indoor as well as an outdoor
shower, wardrobe and a fireplace. It exits to a spacious
veranda overlooking the olive groves into magnificent Mt.
Taygetos and the village of Petrovouni, with a spectacular
view extending south to the sea and the small island of
Meropi.

GUESTHOUSE: At the back
of the main house is a remarkable guesthouse on two levels
with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof.
With a private entrance on the lower level, there is a sitting
area with sofa bed that sleeps 1-2, fireplace, a kitchenette,
spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to
a private terrace and one king size bedroom on the upper
level with spectacular views of the sea & mountains.
The property is available year round and is especially
conducive to winter getaways.
